No objection to issuance of permit to replace existing front stair with new wood stair, per supplemental materials received 30 June 2026, PROVIDED the base of the stair is made of wood with a ½" gap from the paving to prevent it from rotting. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
