No objection to issuance of permit for construction of single-family house on vacant lot, per supplemental materials received _ July 2026, PROVIDED all cornices are made of wood and not urethane; the front railings must be simple handrails rather than guardrails and are revised to show how they would attach to the building face; the extraneous railings shown on A-000 in the front yard are removed; the window schedule is updated to indicate single glazing; the height of wall at the parking area is not higher than 42 inches; and the box at the rear stair on sheet A-000 is removed. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
