No objection to the issuance of a permit for revisions to a previously approved rear addition to an existing house, including the expansion of the patio, changes to the retaining wall alignment and cladding material, and modifications to the north and west facade fenestration, as shown in materials received and dated 6 July 2026 and supplemental materials received and dated 13 July 2026, PROVIDED that all tree roots with a diameter greater than two inches be avoided, whether the trees are on the subject property or on an adjacent property, and pending the receipt of supplemental materials. Refer to DDOT Urban Forestry Division. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
