No objection to issuance of permit for a streatery consisting of three tables and six chairs in the DDOT right of way in front of at PopUp Bagles, per supplemental materials received _ September 2026, PROVIDED any plants in the planters are live; the orange-amber color of the tables and chairs are not supported, and they must be repainted to neutral color to comply with the Old Georgetown Board's Outdoor Dining (Streateries) Guidelines; the open areas are retained in accordance with the site plan on the permit application for wheelchair users, unlike what is currently present; and the number of tables and chairs align with the permit, unlike what is currently present. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
