No objection to issuance of permit to replace the storefront and the second-floor window, per supplemental materials received _ September 2026, PROVIDED the window detail drawing (4/A701) is corrected to show single glazing; the vestibule ceiling is made of exterior grade baltic birch marine plywood or similar and not Azek; the knee wall is clad in painted wood or metal--not an aluminum-polyethylene composite as proposed--or a painted cement composite board or similar panel material (minimum ¾” thick); the ramp is Mount Airy granite; and it is preferred that the brick is not repainted; however, if it is necessary the color and specifications for a breathable paint must be provided. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
