No objection to concept design to enlarge rear deck and add a stair, replace the roof, install new lighting, and install a skylight, per materials received 14 August 2026, PROVIDED as the part of the permit submission the applicant provide additional photos and dimensions of the existing pergola and the stair railing; details are included for the proposed stair and railing; a hardscaping plan is included; specifications are provided for the proposed skylights; details are provided for the replacement roof, including associated standard details for the associated flashing and any gutters and downspouts to be replaced; and it is clarified that the replacement deck will not extend past the existing deck to the south. File permit submission at DOB with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
