In its meeting of 17 September, the Commission of Fine Arts approved, based on its prior review of the submission materials, the concept design for a new laboratory facility on the Naval Research Laboratory campus on the Potomac River in Southwest Washington. The Commission members expressed appreciation for the responsiveness to their previous advice, commending the revisions to the design and delegating the final review to the staff.
Please coordinate the submission and review of the final design with the staff which, as always, is
available to assist you.
