No objection to the concept for the installation of a replacement concrete driveway, brick retaining wall, and fences at an existing house, as shown in materials received and dated 4 September 2026, PROVIDED that tree roots with a diameter greater than two inches be avoided, whether the trees are on the subject property or on an adjacent property, and pending the receipt of supplemental materials. Refer to DDOT Urban Forestry Division. Refer to National Park Service. Note: This is a concept approval only. When ready, submit the permit drawings and a permit application to DOB for review by the Commission.
