No objection to the issuance of a permit for the installation of a replacement deck, stairs, and patio at the rear yard of an existing house and for repairs to the existing third-story balcony, as shown in materials received and dated 4 September 2026 and supplemental materials received and dated 10 and 11 September 2026, PROVIDED that tree roots with a diameter greater than two inches be avoided, whether the trees are on the subject property or on an adjacent property, and pending the receipt of supplemental materials. Refer to DDOT Urban Forestry Division. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
