No objection to the issuance of a permit for the partial demolition of a decorative perimeter fence and a site wall at an existing house, as shown in materials received and dated 4 September 2026, PROVIDED that all tree roots with a diameter greater than two inches be avoided, whether the trees are on the subject property or on an adjacent property, and pending the receipt of supplemental materials.
