No objection to issuance of permit to replace stucco and gate, per the supplemental materials received _ October 2026, PROVIDED the applicant confirm the stucco would replaced with traditional Portland cement and not EFIS and the gate with pintle hinges (Option B) is selected. Type "S" mortar would be too strong for the wood-frame structure and Type L or K would be too strong. If metal lath would be installed ahead of the stucco consider using stucco mix intended for wood-frame construction. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
