No objection to issuance of permit for roof and skylight replacement, per supplemental materials received _ October 2026, PROVIDED the applicant include a solar roof plan to confirm that the panels would be reinstalled in the same position and same height as the Board recommended for approval with OG 25-094; provide detail drawings for all proposed flashing, including drip edges, coping along the parapets, the gable peak where the membrane roof would meet the standing-seam metal, and adjacent connections; the curb-mounted bubble skylight must be replaced with a flat skylight and the curb is reduced in height so it is as short as possible to effectively shed water in order to minimize its visibility from public space. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
