No objection to issuance of permit for modifications to historic front porch, per materials received 11 September 2026, which indicate the porch will be reconstructed to match 1914 drawings, but with a notch at the intersection of the porch roof and masonry wall around the bullseye on the window trim to accommodate flashing. No gutters shall be installed. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
