No objection to issuance of permit to install retaining wall and Washington Gas vault in the right of way on the west side of the the 1600 block of 28th Street, NW, per the supplemental materials received _ October 2026, PROVIDED specifications are provided for the omni-directional antennae; the cap of the post on the fence does not extend above the adjacent pickets on the high side; the retaining wall is clad in a blend of blue (50 percent), brown (40 percent), gray (5 percent [submit sample]), and green (5 percent) stone with bluestone cap; and the Old Georgetown Board or staff must review an onsite mockup of wall veneer to finalize the blend of stone colors. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
