Recommendation
No objection to issuance of permit to replace the roofs on both the residence and detached garage, per the supplemental materials received 1 October 2026, which per the Old Georgetown Board's direction indicates the gutters and downspouts on the residence would be replaced in kind with half-round painted metal gutters and painted round downspouts and detail drawings have been included for the proposed flashing, including a copper ridge cap on the gable where the membrane roof would meet the existing slate tiles, PROVIDED the coping is replaced in kind. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
