No objection to issuance of permit to replace stucco and gate, per the supplemental materials received 1 October 2026, which per the Old Georgetown Board's direction indicates the the stucco would replaced with traditional Portland cement and not EFIS and the gate would have pintle hinges. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
