No objection to issuance of permit for front facade shutter dog installation, roof replacement, rooftop condenser unit installation, and fenestration modification on the rear elevation, per the supplemental materials received ___ October 2026, PROVIDED the third-story rear window size is retained and the second-story windows feature a 6-over-6 / 8-over-8 / 6-over-6 configuration with at least 6 inches of wood trim between the windows, and half-opening window screens. The rear elevation may feature aluminum-clad wood windows with SDLs. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
