No objection to concept design to replace fenestration, per the supplemental materials received 18 September 2026, PROVIDED as part of the permit submission the applicant retains the four second-floor front 6/6 sash windows, front-door transoms and sidelites, and four east-elevation windows; replaces the two first-floor front 1/1 sash windows only with 6/6 sash windows separated by a mullion and not 1/1 windows; replaces the front door only with a similar design and width, not the proposed wider version; ensures the replacement windows meet the Board's Window Policy and Guidelines and includes cross sections; provides details of the rear-yard landscaping changes; and includes the L'Enfant Trust's letter of support. The replacement of the three rear-elevation windows and door is also supported. File permit submission at DOB with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
