No objection to issuance of permit to install retaining wall and Washington Gas vault in the right of way on the west side of the the 1600 block of 28th Street, NW, per the supplemental materials received 29 September 2026, which per the Old Georgetown Board's direction includes specifications for the omni-directional antennae; a fence plan that shows the cap of the post on the fence will not extend above the adjacent pickets on the high side; and notes that the retaining wall is clad in a blend of blue (50 percent), brown (40 percent), gray (5 percent), and green (5 percent) stone with bluestone cap, PROVIDED the Old Georgetown Board or staff must review an onsite mockup of the wall veneer to finalize the blend of stone colors. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
