The Commission regrets that the French doors were re-installed prior to review and approval. No objection to concept design for the storefront modification and sign installation, per supplemental materials received 6 October 2026, which show that the sign is relocated above the door on a rigid mount and that the lotus flower graphics, tag line, and window decals are removed. File permit submission at DOB with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
