No objection to design-development submission for exterior alterations to convert commercial space to residential units, per supplemental materials received 21 September 2026, PROVIDED no bird-safety glass is used, the existing round balconies at the rear are retained as is, the rooftop mechanical enclosure is further studied and differentiated, the proposed brick paneling at the stairs and recessed entries is removed, the lite configurations are studied further on windows and doors, and the louvers and vents are centered between arches and not placed on top of pilasters. File permit submission at DOB with detailed and dimensioned drawings, including heights and sections for mechanical equipment and enclosure, and information on the riser lights at the stair, for review by the Commission.
