Dear Mr. McGill:
During its meeting of 19 June, the Commission was disappointed not to have the opportunity to review the submission for the temporary perimeter security barriers at the Frances C. Perkins Building, headquarters of the Department of Labor at 200 Constitution Avenue, NW. As a federal building, all exterior work is subject to review by the Commission.
The Commission looks forward to the review of this project at our next meeting on 17 July 2003. As always, the status available should you require guidance.
