You are not required to submit any personal information in order to access this website. We only collect Personally Identifiable Information (PII) if it is provided specifically and knowingly by you for purposes related to Commission business. We will not use personal information to send unsolicited email. We will only send email pertinent to your business with us. Any additional email will be sent to you at your request only.
Except for authorized law enforcement activities, we will not share PII with outside organizations without first obtaining your permission. However, confidentiality of information transmitted electronically, such as by email, cannot be guaranteed as it travels across the Internet.
Emailed queries may be forwarded to or reviewed by people within and beyond the CFA office in the process of answering the queries.
