No objection to the proposed installation of rooftop wireless telecommunications antennas for AT&T on the Hubert H. Humphrey Building (U.S. Department of Health and Human Services), as shown in materials received and dated 2 July 2020, provided the proposed equipment enclosure is no taller than the enclosed equipment, and all unused or obsolete telecommunication equipment is removed and new equipment is painted to match the color of the adjacent surfaces.
