In its meeting of 16 May, the Commission of Fine Arts approved, based on its prior review of the submission materials, the concept design for the modernization of and additions to the KIPP DC M.C. Terrell Campus/Somerset Prep DC Public Charter High School (formerly the Mary Church Terrell Elementary School), located at 3301 Wheeler Road, SE. The Commission delegated the review of the final design to the staff.
Please coordinate the delegated review of the final design with the staff which, as always, is available to assist you.
