No objection to the erection of two poles to support speakers for an external notification system, one on the grounds of Anacostia Naval Base and one on the grounds of Bolling Air Force Base, as shown in materials received and dated 2 November 2006, provided that when the equipment for the external notification system is no longer in use, the poles and speakers will be removed and the grounds repaired.
