Dear Mr. Ryder:
In its public meeting of 17 September conducted by videoconference, the Commission of Fine Arts, based on its prior review of the submission materials, recommended approval of designs for the Armed Forces Military Medal honoring the United States Army. The Commission supported the liaison’s preferences of ARM-O-04 and ARM-O-13 for the obverse of the silver medal, and ARM-R-02 and ARM-R-06 for the medal’s reverse.
