Recommendation

No objection to the concept design for the installation of a temporary patio enclosure on the southwest side of the historic Oyster Shed and Lunch Room Building, as shown in materials received and dated 2 September 2020, provided: there are no alterations to the rear facade of the historic brick building; that the bottom of the roof structure of the enclosure is above the heads of the windows; and recommend that the color be refined to reduce the visual heaviness of the proposed structure.
