No objection to revised final design for new boiler plant equipment, per materials received 3 September 2026. Scope of work consists of a building-wide energy retrofit that includes the installation of a natural gas-fired hot water boiler plant, a gas meter, flues, and several grates. This project is one component of a larger initiative, the National Deep Energy Retrofit (NDER), which is an energy conservation program for federal buildings.
