No objection to the concept design for the renovation of the former McNair Club (Building 60) at Fort McNair from dining/community to classroom use in support of the Inter-American Defense College, as shown in materials received and dated 4 February 2021. Project includes the renovation of the interior and the exterior rehabilitation of masonry, roof, fenestration, and site elements, and the installation of a new code-compliant fire stair in the location of the existing egress stair.
