No objection to issuance of permit for restoration and repair work, including new front door and door surround, reinstallation of cornice detailing, restoration and replacement of windows, alteration of window and door openings at rear, and site regrading, per supplemental materials received 22 January 2021, PROVIDED shop drawings of the windows are approved by Old Georgetown Board staff prior to purchase and installation and, in the future, when utilities are upgraded, the meter at the front elevation is relocated to the basement. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
