No objection to the concept design for the installation of a green alley with either pervious concrete or pervious asphalt paving on vehicular alley off R Street, and with either red color pavers or bricks on a sand base on the pedestrian alley off 32nd Street, as shown in materials received and dated 13 June 2013. Submit construction drawings for review by the Commission and the Old Georgetown Board. The Old Georgetown Board reviewed the proposed paving of the residential alley at its meeting of 3 July 2013.
