Recommendation

No objection to final design for the installation of new tree box fencing at several museum sites, per materials received 5 February 2026. Scope of work includes revisions to the fence configurations and new installations at the National Museum of African American History and Culture, the National Museum of American History, and the National Museum of Natural History. Final submission conforms with the previously approved pilot program and the Commission's guidance regarding the development of future installations. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office.
