No objection to final design for the installation of rooftop antenna enclosures, per materials received 5 February 2026. Scope of work includes the installation of four 5'-6" "stealth" enclosure walls on the the roofs of the non-historic east and west wings in each quadrant of the building. The enclosures would sit directly in front of the existing mechanical penthouse screen walls and would terminate below the existing penthouse cornice to reduce the visual impact.
