Recommendation

No objection to the final plans for the installation of three retractable bollards in each of the two driveways from Jefferson Drive to the north entry court of the USDA headquarters in the Whitten Building, as shown in materials received and dated 5 October 2017. This partial security project is in conformance with the approved concept design for the overall perimeter security for the Whitten Building (see case number CFA 15/MAY/14-1). Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office.
