No objection to the permanent installation of four sculptures by artist Foon Sham, in the 19th Street public right of way between K and M Streets, NW, as shown in materials received and dated 4 February 2020. The sculptures would be place in the existing new sidewalk rain gardens located at: 1850 M Street, NW (19th Street Side); 1146 19th Street, NW; 1020 19th Street, NW; and 1875 K Street, NW (19th Street side). This project was initiated by the Golden Triangle Business Improvement District and is supported by a grant from the D. C. Commission on the Arts and Humanities.
