Recommendation

No objection to the final design for a new pavilion on the southwest grounds of the White House, proposed to replace the existing restrooms and storage facility, within an adjacent maintenance building, that currently serves the tennis court, as shown in materials received and dated 13 June 2019. The final design conforms to the approved concept design. This is the first phase of a multi-phase project to replace and improve the existing maintenance building and its service yard.
