No objection to the final plans for the replacement of the concrete paving slab in the courtyard of the Horse Stable (Building 83) on the St. Elizabeths East Campus and other minor modifications to the stable to support a farmers market, as shown in materials received and dated 6 May 2021. The project includes the installation of a new sidewalk from the parking lot; plywood art panels at the front facade; and a wood fence to screen the portable toilets.
