No objection to the final plans for the proposed temporary 1st Street pumping station, as shown in materials received and dated 5 June 2013. The majority of the pumping station will be built below grade with the exception of an electrical cabinet and associated security fencing. It is understood that the station will be stay in service until 2022 when the Northeast Boundary Tunnel gravity system is completed and operational.
