Dear Mr. O’Dell:
In its meeting of 20 September, the Commission of Fine Arts approved, based on its prior review of the submission materials, the final design for a new entertainment and sports arena complex on the St. Elizabeths East Campus. The Commission requested that an exterior materials sample panel be erected on site for the staff to inspect before construction begins.
The Commission looks forward to the successful completion of this important redevelopment project at St. Elizabeths. If the design is changed before the project is completed, please consult with the staff to determine if additional review will be required.
