Recommendation

No objection to the revised design for installation of solar panels to include solar panel topped carports in three locations on the grounds of Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, as shown in materials received and dated 7 September 2017. This proposal is in conformance with the approved concept design reviewed in January 2017 and replaces the previously approved installation of arrays of ground-mounted panels in sites 1 and 4, which have been deleted from the overall Solar energy project for the Joint Base. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office.
