Building modifications to relocate ventilation intakes
Review Type

Dear Mr. McGill:

At the recent public meeting of the Commission of Fine Arts on 21 July 2005, the Commission members discussed the design for modifications to several air intake vent structures on the north side of the J. Edgar Hoover Building. The Commission members were concerned that the information submitted for the review was insufficient for them to make an informed decision.

The Commission members have requested that you work with the Commission staff to refine the design and document more fully what is proposed and they look forward to seeing the development of the design presentation at a later review to occur as early as September. The Commission staff is prepared to meet with you at your convenience in order to make possible a full concept review of the project.
