Dear Mr. Hoskins:
At the beginning of its meeting of 21 March, the Commission of Fine Arts, based on its prior review of the submission materials, approved the final design for the proposed multi–unit residential building to be constructed on the northern portion of Justice Park, a small public park located at 1421 Euclid Street, NW. The Commission also suggested that the east facade of the new apartment building include windows if allowed by building code regulations.
Please coordinate the filing of the permit application with the staff which, as always, is available to assist you.
