Dear Mr. McGill:

During its 22 April meeting the Commission reviewed three proposals submitted by the General Services Administration for child care centers. The three projects include: the addition of trees to shade the child care playground at the Federal Trade Commission Building at Constitution Avenue and 6th Street; the installation of four freestanding fabric covered shade canopies in the play yard in the exterior courtyard of the Internal Revenue Service's main building at 1111 Constitution Avenue; and the alterations to the south elevation of FOB 1OA to insert new windows and glass doors so as to provide natural light for the Department of Transportation's child care center. All three proposals were approved unaninmously by the members.

Sincerely,

/s/
