No objection to concept design for general restoration and installation of fire equipment, per supplemental drawings received 9 December 2016, PROVIDED applicant reexamines location of fire equipment at front elevation, no shutters are installed at ground-level front window, and the light fixture at the front door is installed higher. File new submission at DCRA with detailed and dimensioned drawings including architectural details, landscape plan, lighting, and signs for review by the Commission of Fine Arts.
