No objection to the final plans for the installation of netting to enclose the flamingo habitat exhibit to mitigate exposure to wild birds carrying the highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI), as shown in materials received and dated 16 December 2016. Submission also includes minor modifications to the exhibit holding shed and exhibit yard. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office.
