No objection to issuance of permit for proposed installation of mechanical equipment on roof above interior freezer in a location where it will not be visible from public thoroughfare as shown in supplemental drawings received and dated 4 November 2002. No objection to issuance of permit for existing sign over garage door at end of alley and for existing projecting sign at entrance to alley, both reading 'Heavenly Florist'. The Commission regrets that both signs were installed prior to review and without a permit. Note is made that permit application is pending final zoning review. Any modifications to the approved design as a result of further review in the permit process must be submitted to the Commission for approval.
