No objection to issuance of permit for proposed alterations to provide a parallel and a perpendicular parking spaces off alley, including 7'-0" high brick garden wall with wood gate, and for wood fence between brick piers along side yard as shown in supplemental drawings received and dated 6 November 2002. Note is made that permit application is pending final zoning review. Any modifications to the approved design as a result of further review in the permit process must be submitted to the Commission for approval.
