No objection to general concept design for proposed one–story rear addition within court as shown in supplemental drawings received and dated 5 March 2003. The Commission requests that work that has been completed and does NOT conform to what was approved under previous submissions be brought into compliance by the applicant no later than 31 July 2003. Of particular interest are the awning added to the trellis structure on N Street, additional signs, and the existing lights which were to be removed as part of the previous approved project. File new submission of working drawings, including dimensions and details, and material samples with permit application for review by the Commission when ready.
