Recommend AGAINST issuance of permit for proposed alterations, including addition of sloped metal roof over continuous bay window, which have been carefully restored. See previous Recommendation (OG 00-255). Recommend repair of existing roof drain system or replacement of flat roof with a flat-seam metal roof or membrane roof with profile to match existing, which will continue to be not-visible from public thoroughfare.
